Rainy days

It´s been a wet weekend to say the least. Thunder and pouring rain, but I managed to get the best out of it anyways as Kajsa came to visit for a couple of nights. She stayed with my parents at their cottage in the country, so I went out there too.
Boy, do kids tire you out!! They want constant entertainment, but I´m not complaining, I´m loving it!! I would be happy, however, by just watching her or listening to her speak. She´s so cuddly and adorable, she´ll have us all wrapped around her little finger in now time. That is, if we´re not already there... :)

I did manage to get some alone time as well and went for a walk in the forest surrounding the cottage. So peaceful and quiet. I sat for a while on a tree stump just listening to the trees and smelling the damp, woody aromas. Love the smell of the forest after rain! I could have stayed out there fow hours, but I knew that it was my shift to play with Kajsa (mom needed a brake) so I took her out for a walk to pick berries. :)
